Bridge Window Cleaning

Legal

Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every quote and service booked with Bridge Window Cleaning (ABN 28 210 607 014), based in Northmead and servicing Parramatta, the Hills District and Greater Sydney, NSW (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or having a service carried out, you (“client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or allowing us to proceed with a clean on the day of appointment constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

2. Our Services

Bridge Window Cleaning provides window cleaning only, for residential, commercial and strata clients. This includes interior and exterior glass cleaning, along with screens and window track cleaning where requested. The specific scope of work for your property is set out in your quote. We do not provide pressure washing, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, or any exterior cleaning beyond glass, unless specifically agreed to and included in writing on your quote.

3. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all glass included in the service, both inside and outside the property. This includes unlocking gates, restraining pets, and clearing any obstructions from window areas ahead of our arrival. If safe access cannot be provided on the day, we may need to reschedule, skip the affected area, or apply a cancellation fee in line with clause 12.

4. Weather and Rescheduling

Light rain does not usually affect the finished result. In heavy rain, storms, or other unsafe weather conditions, we may reschedule your appointment for the safety of our team and the quality of the clean. We'll always aim to reschedule promptly and communicate any changes as early as possible.

5. Water Access

Our cleaning methods rely on your water supply, so we ask that a functioning tap or water access point be available on site. If no water access is available, a small additional charge may apply to cover alternative arrangements, or we may need to discuss another solution with you before proceeding.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, scratches, mineral deposits, coating failure, seal failure, or faulty or deteriorated materials on glass, frames, screens or fixtures. Where practical, we'll flag any pre-existing conditions we notice before starting work.

7. Finish and Results

We aim for a high-quality, flawless finish on every job and take pride in our work. However, we do not guarantee a completely streak-free result or the removal of all marks, particularly where marks are caused by mineral etching, hard water staining, coating damage, or other conditions embedded in the glass itself rather than surface dirt.

8. Screens and Fragile Materials

Flyscreens, louvres and other fittings are handled with care, but some screens and fragile or aged materials are more susceptible to damage during removal, cleaning or refitting due to their existing condition. We'll use reasonable care throughout, but cannot be responsible for damage arising from pre-existing fragility or wear.

9. On the Day

To help the visit run smoothly, please ensure windows are closed and accessible, pets are secured away from work areas, and furniture, vehicles or other items near the glass are clear of the work area before our technician arrives.

10. Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is based on the property details and access provided at the time of quoting; if the actual conditions on the day differ materially from what was described, we may need to adjust the price and will discuss this with you before proceeding.

11. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing, such as invoicing terms for commercial or strata clients.

12. Cancellations

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If our technician arrives and is unable to gain access to the property, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.

13. Damage

If you believe damage has occurred as a result of our work, please notify us within 3 days of the service so we can assess the matter. Where an issue is found to be the result of our negligence, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

14. Media Use

We may photograph completed work for use in our marketing, including on our website, social media and promotional materials. Photographs are taken of the finished glass and general work area, not of clients or private household contents. If you'd prefer we don't photograph your property, simply let us know before your service and we'll respect that.

15. Liability and Insurance

Bridge Window Cleaning is fully insured and Working at Heights certified. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to what is fair and reasonable in the circumstances, and to the extent permitted by law, excludes indirect or consequential loss.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or business practices. The version published on our website at the time of your booking applies to that service.
